If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, We will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original receipt/invoice or gift receipt. All merchandise must have all original tags and components to be eligible for exchange.
Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. We do not accept returns of swimwear, underwear, custom-made or personalized items or clearance items sold at 30% discount or greater. Return Items must be returned within 30 days of date received.
How To Return Your Item: Use the Includes return shipping label or ship your return items to

Return Items must be shipped within 30 days of date received with the enclosed shipping label. Original cost of $7.99 and Return shipping fee of $7.99 will be deducted from the return amount. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Final Sale Items
All personalized merchandise, swimwear, undergarments, discounted items purchase in store, and Clearance items at 50% off or greater are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift Cards and Merchandise Credits are non-returnable, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Shipping and Delivery
Currently, we offer a standard shipping rate of $7.99 on all ground orders within the continental U.S. For international shipping or express shipping please contact us at Support@Joeleene.com. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Your Purchase will ship out within 24 hours of purchase, should there be a delay you will be noticed via email.

NOTE: For Hawaii, Alaska and P.O. boxes, please allow additional time for delivery to these destinations. Additionally, for some orders having a high dollar value over a certain threshold, we may require signature for the delivery, which means they may not be eligible for Standard Ground Shipping.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses.
OUT OF STOCK
In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating the item is Out of Stock will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be cancelled, and you will not be charged for that item.
A short shipment occurs when we ship to you fewer items than the items for which you initially were able to place an order. For example, we may ship to you only two of a certain item even though you placed an order for three. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible if we will be able to ship the remaining items later, or if we will have to cancel them.
You may be able to pre-order some items that are not yet available for immediate delivery. The Pre-Order message will appear on the product detail pages. A credit card is required for pre-ordered items, and your credit card will be charged for the price of pre-order. However he item may not ship out to you until later when it has become available. Should the item never become available a full refund will be credited to your credit card.
In Store Pick Up/ Returns
Joeleene is now offering in-store Pick up to our local Las Vegas Clientele. To confirm your order is eligible for Pick Up please email Support@Joeleene.com.
In Store Pick up and Return is Free. Online Return Policy Applies.
Orders Placed before 4pm will be ready for pick up the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be ready for pick up within 24 hours. Pick up orders will not included return label, but one can be requested via email.

Joeleene accepts the following credit cards for online purchases:
The total dollar amount of your order, including Taxes and shipping will be charged to your card at the time of order placement. If your credit card is not authorized or the total dollar amount of your order exceeds your credit limit, you will receive a message on the checkout page to try another form of payment.
We do not accept debit cards. Credit cards that are also debit cards can be used, but the payment will be processed as a credit card transaction.
Sales tax and/or goods and services tax, as applicable (individually and collectively referred to herein as “sales tax”) is calculated based on applicable federal and provincial tax laws. Typically, sales tax displayed during checkout is estimated until the order has shipped. Sales tax may also be applied to shipping fees. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift cards, but items paid for with gift cards are subject to taxation.
GIFT CARDS and MRCs
We now offer for purchase E-gift cards to be used online. E- gift card can sent same day or scheduled for a later date and ready to use within 24 hours. Physical Gift card can be purchased in store or request via email. Physical Gift card and Merchandise return Cards can not be processed through out online system. Please email Support@Joeleene.com with your order, personal information, and Gift card number to be processed Manual.
You may check the balance of your E-Gift Card emailing Support@Joeleene.com. You will need your Gift Card number and PIN.

Your purchase or use of a Gift Card constitutes your acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
E-Gift Cards purchased at www.Joeleene.com will not expire. Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise at any store location and at www.Joeleene.com, Proof of E-gift card should be presented at the time of purchase and may not be redeemed for cash, except were required by law. You may also be required to provide your PIN when redeeming an E-Gift Card. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Treat your Gift Card like cash. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your Gift Card. For card balance, Email Support@Joeleene.com. Refunds of purchases made with this card will be placed back on card or a new card. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these term and conditions.

Is there a maximum dollar value on an E-Gift Card?
The total Gift Card amount cannot exceed $1,000.00 per card or $2,000.00 per order.
Can I purchase Gift Cards using a Gift Card?
At this time, we do not allow Gift Cards to be purchased using another Gift Card as payment.
Will my purchase of a Gift Card be taxed?
Sales tax will not be applied to purchases of Gift Cards at www.Joeleene.com
If other merchandise is included in your order, tax will apply only to those items.
Will I be able to apply any coupons or promotions to a purchase of a Gift Card?
Generally, coupons, discounts and other promotions cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards.
Are E-Gift Card subject to the same shipping and returns policies as other merchandise purchased on www.Joeleene.com?
For an E-Gift Cards, if you elect to receive a copy via email of the E-Gift Card you sent to someone else, you will receive a confirmation email once the e-Gift Card is sent via email to its intended recipient. In general, the E-Gift Card is sent via email to the recipient once your online order with us is placed. Joeleene will not be responsible for delivery of the E-Gift Card to an incorrect yet deliverable email address, or to a nonexistent email address, as provided by the purchaser.
The standard Joeleene Return Policy applies to any products purchased with an E-Gift Card, but Gift Cards themselves may not be returned. Refunds of purchases made with your Gift Card will be placed back on the card or on a new card.
How do I use my E- Gift Card to make purchases at www.Joeleene.com?
To apply the balance of a Gift Card to an online purchase , simply enter the gift card number and PIN in the appropriate fields in the payment stage of our checkout process. The gift card number and the PIN for a E-Gift Card can be found in the copy of the E-Gift Card sent via email to the recipient.
How do I use my e-Gift Card at a Joeleene Stores?
To redeem an E-Gift Card at Joeleene, print out the E-Gift Card email and present it at the time of purchase. Please ensure that your print-out includes a barcode, the gift card number and the PIN (or that you know the PIN) at the time of the purchase.
Can I use both a Gift Card and a credit card to pay for an order?
If you are using both a Gift Card and a credit card to pay for an order, the full Gift Card value will be deducted first, and then the balance will be paid using your credit card. For online returns only, if you are returning any item that was in whole or in part paid for using a Gift Card, the amount contributed to the payment via Gift Card will be credited to you via a new E-Gift Card.
